1. Booking and payment
The booking is confirmed only after full payment is received via the secure link sent by email. Payment implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on previous and following bookings. By default, check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Useful information is provided in a PDF prior to arrival. Keys can be collected via a code lockbox.

3. Number of Guests
The number of guests stated in the booking must not be exceeded without prior agreement. In case of unauthorized excess, the owner reserves the right to cancel the stay without refund.

4. Pets
Pets are allowed free of charge, provided they are announced in advance. Their presence must not cause additional cleaning (fur, dirt, etc).

5. Non-smoking
The chalet is strictly non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, terrace, or in the garden. Ashtrays are provided.

6. Maintenance and Access
The tenant may fully enjoy the premises during their stay, while respecting the property and applicable laws. In case of urgent technical needs, the owner may access the property after reasonable notice.

7. Additional Fees
Cleaning fees are indicated at the time of booking and included in the total price. Tourist tax is charged separately (CHF 3.80 per adult aged 17+, CHF 1.90 aged 6–16, free under 6). Parking cards are available (CHF 5/day). An EV charging station will soon be available, with payment handled on-site.

8. Deposit and Liability
A deposit of CHF 1,000 may be required before the stay unless otherwise agreed in writing. It is released within 10 days after departure if no damage is found. Flat-rate deductions may apply (CHF 300 for tobacco smell, CHF 200 for pet mess).
The tenant is liable for all damages in accordance with Swiss law (articles 97, 259, 259g of the Swiss Code of Obligations).

9. Cancellation
Un remboursement de 50 % est accordé en cas d’annulation jusqu’à 30 jours avant le début du séjour. Passé ce délai, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.

10. Identification
A valid ID must be provided by the main tenant before the stay for security and registration purposes. No data is kept beyond the rental period.

store any banking information. All data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law.
